Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your beauty routine, but if a product isn't the right fit, you have 14 days from receipt to return your items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept products that remain sealed and unused.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid return label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the unused products in their original boxes. Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our clean beauty experts inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
